This was one of the trip highlights, as our small expedition ship was the first cruise ship ever to visit this small, remote village in Colombia. They had been planning for our visit for two years! We were greeted by the entire school population -- kids in their uniforms, singing and playing instruments. Then given a tour of the school, the fish market, the library, and then the handicraft market and food. Everyone was so welcoming. Here is a video and some pictures.
